Directed by Steven J Satta-Fleming and Ryan Clark -
Edgar Allen Poe gets re-oriented in a series of short works adapted from and inspired by the Baltimore Literary Legend. Iron Crow takes on the challenge of “queering” Poe in erotic and outrageous ways with the help of our friends. The evening will feature an ensemble-created work by Artistic Director Steven J. Satta-Fleming, a co-creation with Mara Neimanis of In-Flight Theater, and new pieces by Daniel Talbott, (author of Slipping) and Megan Gogerty (author of Bad Panda), and Rich Espey, among others.
"The level of talent is high and there are plenty of intriguing aspects - horror, poetry, humor, stagecraft, and even a few atmospheric elements that Poe might have called “a dream within a dream." - J. Wynn Rousuck, WYPR
