The Collective Presents SHORTS

The Collective, Baltimore’s hub for dancers and choreographers, will present a concert of works designed to make the most impact in the shortest amount of time possible.

SHORTS is a collection of over fifteen dances, ranging in length from two to five minutes, used to abstract everyday objects and situations into movement.

Named Baltimore’s Best Dance Company (2008/2009), The Collective is known for presenting a wide array of dance perspectives ranging from experimental pieces to classical work that reflect the dance artists in the sixteen-member company.

This is the 2nd SHORTS show for The Collective following a sold-out engagement in January 2010 and will feature new work with the same time restrictions for this Theatre Project engagement.
