Founded as a free theatre in October 1971, Theatre Project's original "Pass The Hat" tradition returns with free events featured throughout the year as we celebrate our 40th Anniversary.

The season will include dance, opera, new plays, old favorites and a spotlight on local companies.  This year, local companies will be in residence for two and three weeks at a time allowing them more time to reach new audiences.  Chamber opera and dance will be featured throughout the season.  And of course, there will be provocative plays, comedies and new works.  Companies in residence include some of Balitmore's brightest new talents including Iron Crow Theatre Company, Chesapeake Chamber Opera, The Generous Company, Factory Edge Theatre Works, and DNA (Daydreams + Nightmares Aerial) Theatre. Dance companies from Baltimore and the DC area will be presented in a festival format throughout March and April.

New this year, instead of a pre-selected subscription series, Theatre Project will offer memberships beginning at $40 --for our 40th Anniversary!

There are three membership levels: Basic, Super, and All-Access.  Learn about each membership below.

Basic Membership
Cost: $40 (for our 40th Anniversary!)
Members with a Basic Membership get:
-deeply discounted tickets to all Theatre Project shows and events
-the ability to make a reservation (non-members must purchase tickets in advance)
-discounts and special deals at lots of local restaurants, so you can park once and enjoy an entire evening out
-discounted parking at the Fitzgerald Parking garage (at the corner of Mt Royal and Oliver Sts. just 2 1/2 blocks from the theatre!)
-invitations to special events

Super Membership
Cost: $80
Members with a Super Membership get:
-all of the Basic Membership benefits
--PLUS--
-4 vouchers for tickets that can be used for any Theatre Project show

All-Access Membership
Cost: $200
Members with an All-Access Membership get:
-all of the Super Membership benefits
--PLUS--
-admittance for two to any Theatre Project show any time (with your membership card)
